We are delighted to offer our clients a partial planning and design package! With CME, we realize how hands-on and involved some brides and grooms love to be with their wedding day and we want to support them in being part of the planning process, which is why we offer a partial package to help assist clients in the areas they need the most help!

Many clients are confident in booking their vendors and managing their budget, but when it comes to design need an industry pro to step in and help confirm dance floor sizing, lighting installations, and of course come up with linen and chair selections! This is where we come in. While we still provide the basics of wedding planning including vendor booking support, layout & timeline development, and on-site wedding day management, our partial planning and design package offers clients a robust design package that will help them visualize what their wedding day could look like with the help of our team!

EVENT DESIGN & STYLING
CME's specialty in wedding planning is rooted deeply in the design process, which is why we offer our partial planning clients support in establishing the overall experience and aesthetic of the wedding day as well as access to numerous moodboards to help bring the day to life based on your expectations and wedding day vision.
PARTIAL COMMUNICATION & DAY-OF MANAGEMENT
Clients booked with our partial planning package will have one monthly meeting with our team to discuss the details, vendors and questions you have along the way. We will take over all vendor communications and logistics starting 60 days out from the wedding day.
VENDOR BOOKING & RECOMMENDATIONS
Each client will be provided a list of recommended vendors in their wedding area. CME will support the client in making final vendor decisions and comparisons as well as oversee the contract signing period.
WEDDING DAY MANAGEMENT & SUPPORT
The wedding day is what the planning process is all about! Whether clients book full or partial planning services with CME, we are fully invested in making sure clients can be present on their wedding day. We will provide partial planning clients with lead and assisting coordinators to execute the day-of responsibilities so you can party the night away!
