This service is intentionally immersive, allowing you to enjoy your engagement while trusting that every decision, deadline, and detail is handled with care, precision, and style.

This is our most involved and personalized level of service, ideal for couples planning elevated, design-forward celebrations with multiple moving parts.

For couples who love CME’s signature design style and want a cohesive, beautifully executed look while staying hands-on with planning and vendor sourcing.

We join the process once your venue is secured and lead the design from concept through installation, bringing intention and continuity to every visual detail. We also help tie together the vendors you’ve already selected, ensuring everything works seamlessly as one.​​

Our role is design-focused. We step in to source and book the vendors that most directly shape the aesthetic of your wedding, including rentals, florals, and stationery, while providing guidance for the remaining logistics as needed.
"We hired Caitlin to be our wedding planner for our beautiful wedding at Nestldown in Oct 2024. I wanted to do a Harry Potter themed welcome dinner and a Lord of the Rings themed wedding day and had a lot of fun working with Caitlin on the artistic/creative elements of both of these events! I had a vision but no idea how to execute on that vision, and Caitlin helped me bring it to life :)

With regards to the design - I'd also seen her work with other weddings, so felt comfortable completely trusting her with the color palette and aesthetic for our wedding day. I also went with all her recommendations for our vendors - from our photographer to our florist to our DJ - and am so glad I did! Every team did a fantastic job and created (and captured!) a stunning and magical wedding day for us. My welcome event was a bit more DIY, but Caitlin was also helpful there in managing catering orders and rentals, and helping me put together a design spec for the decor and providing a list of items so all I had to do was make the purchases and tell my family and friends what to do to set-up.
As someone who tends to be a bit of a control freak, has a specific vision but no bandwidth or expertise to execute, and tends to get carried away with little details, I was grateful to have Caitlin as a partner in this as she kept me on track, handled my anxiety, and was someone I felt I could trust with my vision."

The final months of planning are where everything starts to feel real and where having the right support makes all the difference. This service is designed to step in with structure, clarity, and calm so you can focus on the festivties!​

Starting three months before your wedding, we’ll review everything you’ve put in place, help tie up any loose ends, and take the lead on the logistics so you don’t have to. From vendor communication and timeline management to all the behind-the-scenes details, we’ll make sure everything is organized, aligned, and running smoothly so you can truly relax and enjoy every moment of your wedding weekend.
"My wedding in May of this year was so beautiful and was so smooth thanks to Caitlin! Caitlin was so sweet, wonderful, responsible, and organized. I had a wedding nightmare exactly one month before my wedding. Long story short, my original planner ended up being a disaster!
Caitlin came to the rescue and created a customized “month of planning” package where she took the reigns of final communication with all the vendors, timeline, layout, etc. The ceremony rehearsal, the wedding ceremony, reception, and clean up were all so seamless. On the wedding day, Caitlin would check up on me to make sure I had enough to eat, to stay hydrated, and kept me up to date on the timeline if we were staying on track.
