Caitlin McDonald Events is in it for the long haul with our full wedding weekend planning and design package. This package is for the client that wants a cohesive and expertly planned weekend that includes the ceremony rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, welcome drinks, wedding day, after party and farewell brunch! Whether you're wanting all of those events or just some of them, we're here to help! This package price point ranges based on the guest count, number of events size/scope of the event.

In this package, clients can expect:

Event(s) design and styling including moodboard creation, revisions and real-time mock-ups of tablescapes, bridal party, invitation inspo, rental orders, etc.

Vendor curation and negotiations

Budget and payment accounting and management

Guest hospitality management including support with hotel blocks, shuttles, and other wedding weekend questions

Personalized website support including implementation of FAQs, travel and hotel block information, RSVP tracking, etc.

On site emergency kit for vendors, clients and guests

Unlimited communication, site visits and hands-on support by a CME staff member

Day of staffing with a Senior Lead and two associates

Access to online planning software for ease of communication and planning

On-site support and leadership for all rental installations and de-installs.

Access to our accessory planning documents such as photography shot list curations, song selections lists, bridal style guides, and more!
Wedding weekends begin at $13,000 and vary based on number of locations, guest count, events, etc.
CLIENT REVIEW
We hired Caitlin to plan and design our wedding at Brasada Ranch last September. She was exceptional throughout the entire process, and created a luxurious, elegant atmosphere that was beyond what we could have dreamed of! Caitlin incorporated LOTS of color, elements of the desert landscape (terrocotta plates, Cacti, Tumbleweed Chandeliers, etc) we loved, and personal details (customized cornhole bags, fun fact cocktail napkins, etc.) were thoughtfully implemented. Her incredibly calm, supportive, and warm demeanor was soothing throughout the whole process - which was crucial as I am a high-stress person in my normal day to day. She was able to keep us level-headed and relaxed so that we could truly enjoy the experience. Caitlin was professional in all her interactions with us and our vendors.

We were so impressed with her planning / design for our wedding day that we asked her to do our Rehearsal dinner for us too. She not only does planning and design, but she also executes. CLIENT REVIEW
We hired Caitlin to be our wedding planner for our beautiful wedding at Nestldown in Oct 2024. I wanted to do a Harry Potter themed welcome dinner and a Lord of the Rings themed wedding day and had a lot of fun working with Caitlin on the artistic/creative elements of both of these events! I had a vision but no idea how to execute on that vision, and Caitlin helped me bring it to life :)

With regards to the design - I'd also seen her work with other weddings, so felt comfortable completely trusting her with the color palette and aesthetic for our wedding day. I also went with all her recommendations for our vendors - from our photographer to our florist to our DJ - and am so glad I did! Every team did a fantastic job and created (and captured!) a stunning and magical wedding day for us. My welcome event was a bit more DIY, but Caitlin was also helpful there in managing catering orders and rentals, and helping me put together a design spec for the decor and providing a list of items so all I had to do was make the purchases and tell my family and friends what to do to set-up.
As someone who tends to be a bit of a control freak, has a specific vision but no bandwidth or expertise to execute, and tends to get carried away with little details, I was grateful to have Caitlin as a partner in this as she kept me on track, handled my anxiety, and was someone I felt I could trust with my vision.
