full service design

Our highest level of hospitality is delivered in our Full Service Planning and Design package. With our attention to detail in design selections, perfecting logistics, sourcing unique goods, and curating the perfect vendor team, CME clients are able to sit back, relax and indulge in all the celebrations leading up to their wedding day!

This package includes:

  • Event Design and styling

  • Budget Management + Payment Accounting

  • Vendor curation + negotiations

  • Day-of Management with at least 3+ CME managers

  • Vendor, Design + experience logistics

  • Unlimited communication, site visits + hands-on support

  • Partial planning of at least 1 additional event (welcome party, after-party, farewell brunch, etc.)

  • On site emergency kit for vendors, clients + family 

  • Access to additional planning information such as shot list curations, song list selections, bridal style guides, etc.

  • Save the Date, Invitation + Guest Support

  • Mood board curation of overall design, attire, paper goods, etc.

  • Real time mock-ups of tablescapes, ceremony, bridal party, and other experience elements

  • Online planning software for ease of communication and planning between CME and Client

  • On-site support for setup and teardown to ensure perfection of all installations

  • Personalized website support including implementing FAQs, travel + hotel block information, etc.

  • Management of Hotel Blocks + shuttle transportation

FULL WEDDING WEEKEND PLANNING & DESIGN BEGINS AT $13,000++

THIS INCLUDES WELCOME EVENTS, REHEARSAL DINNER AND THE WEDDING DAY.
